Your privacy is our baseline. All profile data, health metrics, and meal histories are encrypted at rest and tightly secured so that only you can ever access your information.

Does the app support offline logging?

Currently, an active internet connection is required to process and log meals. However, full offline capability and local queueing are at the top of our active roadmap and will launch soon.

How does the Apple Health integration work?

Once authorized, Daily Gram reads your baseline metrics to build your targets, and automatically writes back your daily logged calories, protein, and water. It can also look at your workouts to nudge you when you need a post-workout meal.

How is my protein target calculated?

We use your lean body metrics rather than total body weight. This guarantees your targets are tailored precisely to sustaining muscle mass, preventing the generic over- or under-estimating found in standard trackers.
